Theresa Lynch
Hub Manager, Counsellor, Supervisor & Trainer
I manage the Woodbrooke Counselling Hub, offering counselling using a Person-Centred and attachment approach, underpinned by Interpersonal Neurobiology theory and techniqes. I am also a supervisor, offering support to trainee and qualified counsellors.
As a tutor on a range of counsellor qualifying courses, I support students to develop their skills, theory and practice to a high level. Continuing to support through the Woodbrooke Counselling Hub with a newly qualified private practice programme, group supervison and a range of CPD opportunities.

Kerrie McLaughlin
Somatic Counsellor & Trainer
Offering counselling and training - Alongside my private practice, I offer training for counsellors, counselling students and other professionals with an interest in trauma, attachment and embodied approaches to therapy.
I’m an Integrative Counsellor and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner. I have been in private practice for seven years, working with a wide range of adult clients, and have extensive clinical experience supporting people with trauma, attachment and relational difficulties.
My core training is integrative from a humanistic perspective, bringing together person-centred, Gestalt and psychodynamic approaches.

Kate Lewis
Counsellor & Trainer
I work with adults and children and young people, and have particular experience supporting neurodivergent clients.
Before becoming a counsellor, I worked within th emedia industry, including experience with organisations such as BBC and ITV. I have extensive experience of building businesses from the group up. This entrepreneurial background has given me a particular interest in marketing, branding and developing a strong professional identity - skills I am delighted to bring to my work with Solas Therapy and Training at Woodbrooke and to supporting the next generation of therapists.
I'm passionate about making private practice feel more accessible, achievable and sustainable whilst helping therapists build a practice that feels authentic to who they are.
